Honesty and Integrity

I believe honesty and integrity to be two of the most important ethical standards. Truth is something I will always value and will maintain a honest reputation as long as I live. Integrity is doing what is morally right. I want my life choices to be upright, moral and honest.

Loyalty

Loyalty is being faithful to someone, a decision and yourself. Because I appreciate loyalty when it is exhibbited to me I try to give it to those around me. That means I will keep my word, go beyond what is expected and will be reliable. 

Servant Leadership
 The positive influence in my life has proved to me that the best way to lead others is by serving them. I practice humble service to those I love and those I have not yet gotten to meet. Servant leadership requires me to open my eyes to opportunities where I might see a need that I can meet. It builds strong sustainable relationships, increases integrity and creates a kind attitude if service to all.
